April 2, 2024 – The USF Pro Championship Presented by Continental Tire season continues this weekend on the 2.74-mile, 13-turn permanent road course of NOLA Motorsports Park just outside of the hustle and bustle of New Orleans, Louisiana. Competing team Jay Howard Driver Development (JHDD) returns with their full lineup of drivers in all three series as the USF Juniors join the rest of the USF Pro Championships series at this event for their season opener.

Frankie Mossman impressed in the first USF Pro 2000 event in St. Petersburg, Florida, securing fifth in the championship standings after just two races remaining consistent in his results. Evagoras Papasavvas is also up in the USF2000 championship fight, standing in the second position after two podium results in the season opener while Michael Costello claimed a top-ten result to start the season in the standings sitting in ninth. Tanner DeFabis, after a tough start in St. Pete, returns to the JHDD program and hopes to make up points in the three races at NOLA Motorsports Park this weekend.

This will be the first event for the USF Juniors drivers with their last on-track appearance in Spring Training at NOLA Motorsports Park in late February. Jay Howard Driver Development will attend with a massive seven-car lineup of USF Juniors competitors in their quest to start the season off on the right foot and make a run at the series title. Ava Dobson, Ayden Potter, and Hudson Potter make their return with JHDD this year after racing amongst other series last year with the team while Ayden Ingratta and G3 Argyros level up from successful karting careers to take on open-wheel racing. Joining these five will be Timothy Carel and Liam McNeilly, the latter of which proved to have speed at Spring Training in February claiming the top time in several test sessions.

“It’s exciting to have all three series under one tent this weekend,” explains Team Manager Joe Hidalgo. “Whilst the schedule is going to be busy and intense, we know our drivers will be well prepared with the pre-race coaching and information supplied to them, along with the exceptional crew we have. Everyone is excited to get to New Orleans.”

The full driver lineup is as follows:

USF Juniors Drivers:

#3 – G3 Argyros
#4 – Hudson Potter
#5 – Ava Dobson
#6 – Aiden Potter
#7 – Ayden Ingratta
#8 – Timothy Carel
#9 – Liam McNeilly

USF Pro 2000 Drivers:

#6 – Frankie Mossman

USF2000 Drivers:

#6 – Evagoras Papasavvas

The race weekend will feature three races in each series for a total of nine races throughout the event. While USF Pro 2000 and USF2000 will feature two regular qualifying sessions each, the USF Juniors series will split each of their two qualifying sessions into two back-to-back groups among the large field of cars.
