MotoGP fans can look forward to an unforgettable weekend at the upcoming Red Bull Grand Prix of the Americas as a MotoGP Legend will join the coverage. Kevin Schwantz, the 1993 World Champion and one of the sport’s most iconic figures, will offer his expert analysis throughout the weekend.
The MotoGP GearUp show will start Thursday’s action, where Jack Appleyard will be joined by Schwantz for a look ahead to the weekend’s events. Together, they will uncover all the key stories from on and off the track and be joined by Pedro Acosta (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing) and Johann Zarco (CASTROL Honda LCR) for a chat ahead of the Americas GP.
On Friday, Schwantz will step into the commentary booth alongside Matt Birt and Louis Suddaby in the afternoon. The trio will cover a crucial MotoGP Practice session as the riders battle for their spot in Q2. Then on Saturday, the 1993 World Champion will return to the commentary box to give his pre-qualifying thoughts during MotoGP FP2.
After Sunday’s action is complete, Schwantz will join Louis Suddaby to give his expert analysis during After the Flag, where they will unpack all the key moments, stories, battles and talking points from the Grand Prix to end an action-packed weekend.
