Rockford, IL (April 7, 2025) – Insurance King, a Rockford, IL based insurance agency and long-time sponsor of Josh Bilicki, announced today a new partnership with GoRockford, the official destination marketing and management organization for Rockford, IL. The pair will sponsor Bilicki at NASCAR’s return to Rockingham Speedway, also known as “The Rock”.
Bilicki will drive the No. 91 Chevrolet for DGM Racing in the NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Rockingham Speedway on Saturday, April 19th. The car will feature the Insurance King logo on the hood and the GoRockford logo and brand colors on the sides.
Insurance King began sponsoring Bilicki in 2019 and has sponsored the WI driver at over 50 races since. “I wasn’t a fan of NASCAR. I’d never even watched a race before sponsoring Josh. But it’s been amazing,” says Dan Block, founder and president of Insurance King. “The relationship expanded every year. Now NASCAR fans watch for our car designs and posts on Facebook, so we decided to use the race car during the Rockingham race to promote my hometown of Rockford.”
The car’s design features an illustration of Rockford’s beloved Rockmen Guardians, a Rockford Peaches logo honoring the city’s baseball legacy, an image of Symbol by Alexander Liberman, and a playful Sock Monkey nodding to Rockford’s manufacturing history.
“Insurance King is a great sponsor and partner in so many ways,” says Bilicki. “Dan’s willing to try anything and is always thinking outside of the box when it comes to marketing and car design. He also likes to give back to his hometown of Rockford, so the newly designed car is perfect for that.”
The Rockingham race weekend will mark the first ever NASCAR sponsorship for GoRockford.

Rockford, IL based businesses ROCK’N Vodka and Haas Towing will also have their logos proudly displayed on Bilicki’s 91 Chevrolet, with their logos proudly displayed on the decklid of the car.
The North Carolina Education Lottery 250 NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Rockingham Speedway will take place on Saturday, April 19th at 4PM ET. The race will be televised live on CW Network.
